We are FOUR days in with over 1150 signatures for my sisters petition. Remember we are Joys voice. Joy was an amazing sister, daughter, and aunt. She was violently taken from us from a predator who has to be taken off the streets. We owe this to Joy. We are 18.5 years behind. However we have dna technology on our side.
