The future of our country is cut down before the time every single day. According to statistics 3 children are murdered everyday in South Africa. 
According to the most recent crime statistics, 392 children in South Africa were killed in just 90 days in 2021, and another 394 survived attempted murder. A further 2,048 children were victims of physical assault. (daily maverick)

The silence of our minister of Women and children in This country is extremely loud. We demand that she accounts, and stands with the women and children of this country. We need her to show up.
Earlier this year we saw shocking teenage pregnancy stats which we can acknowledge are a result of rape and domestic violence. Children under the age of 10 giving birth to babies. 

It is disheartening that this has become our lived reality, children’s lives taken from them. Communities burying children, murdered, lost, raped. 

This petition is a clarion call to government at all levels, Local, Provincial and national. 

Demands are as follows;

1. Consistency in cases of abuse, rape, and domestic violence. Justice at all times. 
2. The minister of Women needs to account and work with Police to follow up on cases involving murdered children. 
3. harsh sentences for perpetrators and murders 
4. NO BAIL
5. We demand that there be safe houses for children, and orphanages be funded and well taken care of
6. Readily  available social workers in schools and communities. 
7. Children to be educated actively in schools about violence and the right to use their voices 

We request this petition be signed and we will deliver it to Parliament In November.
