Justice against the MSBP (Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy) PROFILING of mothers and children:

The Issue

Women's Rights, Human Rights, Civil Rights, Children's Rights, Parental Rights, Criminal Justice:

"The label of munchausen syndrome by proxy entails the use of prejudicial profiling, at the expense of hard evidence...." - Tennessee higher court(prj-dshl).

Statistically studies have shown that it is more dangerous to remove the child/children from their caregiver/protective parent - under the MSBP profiling theory - than it is to leave the child/children in their care; yet, as it stands now, quite the opposite is happening across the United States due to no laws in place to protect innocent caregivers and their fragile children from this highly unethical, legal, profiling, tactic that is being abused in our court systems via unethical attorney's trying to obtain custody of children from a protective mother/parent,  government agencies, and unethical medical personnel.

MAKE SURE "THE PROTECTIVE PARENT ACT" IS LAW IN YOUR STATE!

The [MSBP] theory has been rejected in many other cases such as the Ward case in Tennessee USA (State of Tennessee v Shabree Ward No. M2002-01816-CCA-R3-CD [2003]).

prej·u·di·cial

1. Detrimental; injurious.

2. Causing or tending to preconceived judgment or convictions
