The Ulster County Family Court System, overseen by individuals such as Judge McGuinty, Claudia Davenport, Cappy Weiner, and Judge Sevona, has enabled a culture of manipulation, favoritism, and neglect — leaving children like Matthew lost in a maze of legal failure. This isn’t just a custody battle. This is a human rights issue. Matthew has been subjected to a campaign of alienation — mentally weaponized against his own mother and grandfather, Blase Knabl. As a result, he has been robbed of the love, support, and stability every child deserves. I’ve been left to shoulder staggering legal fees, emotional trauma, and a fight no parent should have to face alone. It’s time for the public to stand up and say: enough is enough. We demand: • Full legal custody of Matthew Knabl be awarded to me, his mother, to ensure his safety and emotional recovery. • A full investigation into the Ulster County Family Court’s handling of this case and others like it. • Greater accountability, oversight, and transparency in cases involving parental alienation. Our courts should serve the best interest of the child — not enable their destruction.
