The Legal and Family Courts are fatally flawed when it comes to Parental Alienation under the protection of Religion. 

When a Parent or family member is being intentionally Shunned or forced to Disconnect from a Minor Child, the Court's hands are tied because Religions are not to be discussed.  The "choice" of Religion is often referred back to the Primary Custodial parent, often the one that is causing the Disconnection, per Religious beliefs.  In effort, the Courts are enabling the Alienation of the other Parent or family member.

In 2016, my 11 year old daughter was interviewed by the Courts and she expressed her desire to leave a controlling and negative Scientology environment, but the Judge's hands were tied due to the inability to discuss Religion differences.  My daughter specially asked to live with me, her Stepmother and baby sister.   The Judge could not render her wishes and defaulted back to what is called, Change of Circumstances and that was the turning point for her and all of us.  Her eyes lost her glow that day.

The Laws need to change in regard to allowing the Courts to properly address Parental Alienation when openly shown as Religious Shunning.   The Judges need to be given the power to intervene when a Religious entity is intentionally telling or assisting the separation of the Family Unit.
