It is official.

Joe Biden has secured enough delegates to become the Democratic nominee to take on Donald Trump.

This is a sad day in America, for the man responsible for the past 30 years of creating the militarized police state and criminal injustice system is now the one to take on the fascist in the White House who is wielding that police state against us.

Be that as it may, the aim of this petition is rather straightforward.

All who sign are making a bold statement that Biden needs to #EarnOurVote.

In order to do so, we have three demands:

1. He must vow to pass Medicare for All in his first year in office. 

2. He must vow to pass a Green New Deal in his first year in office.

3. He must vow to Cancel All Student Debt in his first year in office.

Until these demands are met, we vow to withhold our vote and/or vote third party.

It is time for Joe Biden to decide: Does he want to unite the party or not?
