Lazy K Consortium:

1) A 501(c)3 whose mission and purpose is to conserve, repair and re-envision a historic site which holds a key place in a critical regional wildlife linkage between the Tucson and Tortolita Mountains.

2) The Lazy K Consortium will provide an opportunity to creatively address the many issues and potentials of the site and its location, and provide a forum and model to address long term sustainability as the area grows and develops. 

3) The Consortium will seek input and support from town and county staff whose work includes planning for long term sustainability.

Two stakeholders have been identified who have committed approximately 10% of the funds. We are hoping to bring a proposal to the owners and developer when we reach 50% of the funds.
