The CARES ACT sec 1110 was not carried out as intended for all eligible small businesses to receive the $10,000 EIDL Advance. This has impacted millions of of people leaving them with no help, and unable to keep there doors open or keep staff hired on. Many are still struggling to stay afloat and without immediate action, simply put, will not make it. We would like to hold accountable all those who signed the Cares Act sec. 1110 and ask that their signatures hold true to the orders they signed. And re-issue this EIDL Advance Grant to be distributed to the businesses that applied for it and didn't receive the $10,000. Many received people advance email authorization was sent directly to there spam folder and some didn't get anything at all. Congress and the President signed this for Small Businesses, we would like to see it upheld.
