Jeff Bass, former Administrator of Robeson County Animal Shelter in Saint Pauls North Carolina has a history of MURDERING ANIMALS ON A DAILY BASIS!!! During his career as Administrator of Robeson County Animal Shelter he has MURDERED THOUSANDS OF INNOCENT ANIMALS!!!

Jeff Bass ROUTINELY used HEARTSTICKING WITHOUT ANESTHESIA As His Preferred Method for Killing Animals!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! THIS IS MURDER!!!

Current law dictates that ALL animals must be sedated or anesthetized to the state of comatose BEFORE receiving the heartstick. Many Shelters, especially Rural Shelters, DO NOT abide by this law. Intracardial injections are difficult to administer effectively on fully conscious animals because in the animal, the lungs and the heart are constantly moving, said Dr. Bonnie Beaver, a veterinarian and professor of veterinary medicine who is considered a euthanasia expert by the American Veterinary Medical Association.

Animal Euthanasia is described as the “Peaceful death in loving arms by way of an intravenous injection of Sodium Phenobarbital. This—and only this—is true euthanasia, a peaceful death. Euthanasia is a kindness, often the only kindness ever known for animals who are born into a world that doesn't want them, has not cared for them and ultimately has abandoned them to be disposed of as "surplus" beings.”
