As my final act as your Student Representative, I am passionately advocating for us to formally invite the Pre-Registration Hospital Education Team to our graduation ceremony. Their incredible support has been a cornerstone of our journey to becoming the compassionate and skilled nurses we are today. They have been our mentors, guiding us through the complexities and challenges of our pre-registration period with unwavering dedication and commitment.

The Pre-Registration Hospital Education Team has been instrumental, not just in imparting knowledge, but in shaping our professional identities and nurturing our journey in healthcare. Their mentorship and support have had a profound impact on us, which makes them an integral part of our success story. Their presence at our graduation would not only be a reflection of our journey but also an acknowledgment of their invaluable contribution.

Unfortunately, under the current plans, they have not been included in the invitation list. This oversight diminishes the depth of our collective achievement and disregards the vital role they played throughout our training.
