As individuals who have long admired and followed the journey of Mr. Guo, we are deeply concerned about his incarceration. Mr. Guo, the founder and leader of the Chinese Whistleblower Movement since 2017, has been a beacon of light and hope, influencing hundreds of millions of Chinese through his passionate seven years of online live broadcast.

We, like many others, believe that the charges against Mr. Guo brought by the Southern District of New York through the Department of Justice, are unfounded and intended to silence him and undermine the Chinese Whistleblower Movement he has tirelessly built to challenge the Chinese Communist Party (the CCP). With remarkable courage and steadfast commitment to justice, Mr. Guo has been striving to dismantle the CCP and bring Western democracy to China.

We respectfully urge Congress to thoroughly investigate all of his over 70 legal cases, including Mr. Guo's bankruptcy case. It is only fair and just that every aspect of these cases be transparent and closely examined. Thank you.
