📌 Unanswered questions about business practices: While acting as a client of OTS Solicitors, Mr. Nwaokorie established Dan Clinton International, a company registered in Seychelles—a jurisdiction commonly used for tax structuring. Transparency regarding the nature of business transactions and source of funds is essential in any legal or financial matter.
