My name is not unique in the legal system of Monroe County, New York. Over a decade ago, I found myself entangled in the judicial labyrinth, subject to the malfeasance of attorneys, the corruption of the system, and a target for political operatives. My personal ordeal awakened me to a tragic reality: I was not the only one. Stories of scores of innocent victims like me, whose rights were been trampled upon without any form of redress, came to light.

Our collective experiences point towards a grim pattern. Civil rights are violated with impunity. Due process is ignored. Women are sexually harassed and become victims of retaliation when they push back. These injustices are glossed over and hidden under the black robes of those who have broken their oaths as protectors and enforcers of law and order.

In face of this grim reality, we ask a simple question: How long will this go on? How many more individuals will have their civil, human, and unalienable rights bulldozed? How many more women have to endure sexual abuse before the system wakes up?

This is why I appeal to you today to demand an investigation into the Monroe County Supreme Court. Our petition isn't merely about seeking justice for our past ordeals. It's a plea to protect future decades from having to experience what we did. This is our fight, but it's also a fight for those who have yet to suffer at the hands of this system.
