Why should only select individuals have the power to contribute to systemic change? This is about more than goodwill; it's about responsibility. By passing the Dolly Act, Congress would hold billionaires accountable, mandating that they give back to the society from which they have benefited so immensely.

Imagine if even a small percentage of that could be systematically invested in causes that educate our youth, protect our civil rights, and uplift the underrepresented.
