Whilst Wimbledon/All England Tennis Club & England & Wales Cricket Board are to receive large amounts of compensation via insurance policy payouts due to Covid 19! Small businesses/Pubs as we know are getting knocked back for Business Interruption Claims!!!! This is totally unfair small businesses (especially in the hospitality industries) have been hit very hard by lockdowns & COVID-19 restrictions, they took out their insurance policies covering business disruption in good faith & it is only right and proper that their claims are honoured by insurance companies who should be paying out compensation. Recently a High Court ruled in favour of a FCA test case involving the Cricket Board that Insurance Companies are liable for Business Disruption claims - pressure must be put on these companies that not only the elite’s claims are successful, the small businesses as well - Please sign, share & support this petition!!
