In the wake of India’s greatest journalist, Arnab Goswami, protests have erupted and the wrong doings of the democracy have been brought to light. He was illegally arrested as the following reasons -

• assaulted in the morning , and his family harassed 

• arrested with no notice or warrant 

•arrested under a closed case reopened without consent of the hon’ble supreme court

• was denied basic human rights when he wasn’t granted access to water and was not allowed to meet his own lawyer, was taken to Taloja jail in a caged truck covered with cloth without informing 

• constantly assaulted in jail

Arnab Goswami has been facing treatment worse then a terrorist or even the biggest criminals as even they don’t get treated like this.
