The University of Puerto Rico is closed because of a students' strike for a better responde for the students' benefits and financial increase for the funds that are needed to continue for a high standing of a public institution in Puerto Rico.  This petition is made to ask the government of Puerto Rico to assign the funds that are requested to finish the conflict at the UPR.
