Future Academy in Watford has a severe case of bullying and assault in their school. 
A massive handful of children are too scared to go in to school due to the lack of safeguarding that the teachers provide there. 

This school needs a new head teacher and senior leadership team!

Teachers are being assaulted - what more can happen?

in Year 8 that I know of there are 5 kids who are currently not going to school or have left the school due to bullying and the fact the teachers cannot control this! Imagine how many other children there are in other year groups going through the same stress. A school is supposed to be a safe place and an environment where you want to succeed and blossom to help the future you want to have, however the students at Future Academy cannot do this because of the lack of support and safeguarding they are receiving from the teachers. 

How can we help change an attitude of a child without the basic discipline a school should be giving? 

This NEEDS to change! The school has already changed from Francis Combe Academy to Future Academy - this goes to show that it should be new teachers that school needs!!! 

The longer this goes on for the worse it is going to get. 
The school has had weapons brought in, daily riots, daily bullying - how long will it be until a child is seriously injured, this could be life threatening or even suicide/death caused by another pupil!
