We, the undersigned, call on In2Beats FM to reverse the decision to reinstate a presenter previously dismissed for racist conduct.

The individual was 
'sacked after sharing what has been described as a “highly racist and inflammatory post” on social media'.
Reinstating them undermines public trust and conflicts with Ofcom’s Broadcasting Code on harm and offence.

We request that In2beats FM:
1. Remove the individual from on-air roles
2. Publish a clear anti-racism commitment and staff conduct policy
3. Meet with community representatives to rebuild trust
