We are wanting to get some action on the state of Freshford Rd, Paddys River. You would be aware that emergency services won't attend Freshford Equestrian Centre due to the state of the road. This puts our riders and horses at risk should there be an accident or fire. We also take our horses welfare seriously and transporting them along Freshford Rd in horse floats is both hazardous and uncomfortable for both horse and driver. 

Planning for a proper upgrade of the road needs to happen now so that by the fire season we have a safe road for two way traffic. This requires more than a patching solution. In the long run, it will be cheaper for the government than letting the road deteriorate further and risking accidents.
