Our work environment consists of navigating distances anywhere from 300 to 600 miles weekly. The physical strain is real; the repercussions, severe – chronic back pain is a common ailment among us. Many of our peers have resorted to purchasing seat cushions and back supports at their own expense, just to manage the daily discomfort. Over time, this could lead to serious health implications, adversely affecting our quality of life even into old age.

This is not just about comfort; it's about our well-being. Our request is simple yet critical: equip all public service vehicles with comfortable air or gas-operated seats to ensure the health and safety of drivers across the region.

This change not only benefits drivers but will likely improve the safety and quality of service provided to passengers as well. Comfortable drivers are better able to focus on the road and less prone to distractions caused by discomfort.
