On the 26th of December, the Islamic Republic locked in Iran turned back the flight from Tehran to Dubai midway to prevent Mona Farokhazari , Ali Daei’s wife and their child from traveling abroad , or in other words, to take hostages. Ali Daei is an international legend soccer player , an international icon and a national hero. The Islamic Republic has once again completely ignored human rights and passenger rights, and the international community has no right to ignore this matter.

ICAO, as an international organization, has a duty to take a stand on this matter and take appropriate practical measures in relation to this act.

Respecting the rights of travelers and their human dignity is one of the most basic things that ICAO must protect, otherwise there is no need for such organizations to exist.

These days, the voice of the revolution of Iranian women and Iranian people has been heard all over the world. ICAO has a duty to take a proper position and take practical measures regarding the repatriation and banning of a woman and her child.

در بیست و ششم آذرماه، جمهوری اسلامی ، برای جلوگیری از سفر مونا فرخ آذری ، همسر علی دایی و فرزندشان به خارج از کشور یا به عبارتی گروگانگیری، پرواز تهران به دبی را در نیمه راه برگشت داد. علی دایی یک بازیکن فوتبال ، اسطوره ای بین المللی، یک نماد و یک قهرمان ملی است. جمهوری اسلامی بار دیگر حقوق بشر و حقوق مسافر را به کلی نادیده گرفته است و جامعه جهانی حق ندارد این موضوع را نادیده بگیرد.

ایکائو به عنوان یک سازمان بین المللی موظف است در این خصوص موضع گیری کند و اقدامات عملی مناسب را در رابطه با این اقدام انجام دهد.

رعایت حقوق مسافران و کرامت انسانی آنها یکی از اساسی ترین مواردی است که ایکائو باید از آن محافظت کند، در غیر این صورت نیازی به وجود چنین سازمان هایی نیست.

این روزها صدای انقلاب زنان ایران و مردم ایران در سراسر جهان شنیده شده است. ایکائو موظف است در خصوص بازگرداندن و ممنوعیت یک زن و فرزندش موضع گیری و اقدامات عملی انجام دهد.
