PEOPLE’S VOTE & DEMAND FOR TRANSPARENCY, ACCOUNTABILITY & INDEPENDENCE

We, the People’s Platform for Equality & Justice, hereby initiate this petition on behalf of The People & ADOS here in the city of Cincinnati Hamilton County. It is our goal with our work & this petition to receive reparative & restorative justice.

Ballot Background & Summary

International Law identified in the International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights states that all People have the Right of Self Determination. This means that Descendants of Slaves, termed Afro Descendants (ADOS) by the United Nations, are Indigenous to the land. This gives us, the People, the a right to be a part of and subject to a government of choice or choose to govern ourselves under our own independent political control.

Actionable Demand

We, the Undersigned, ADOS or Indigenous, identified as The People withdraw consent from the City of Cincinnati/Hamilton County, to govern our lives; as its activities have been proven to be bias, racist & detrimental to our pursuit of wealth, community & family.

No Confidence Vote

By signing this document, we are making a Vote of No Confidence and thereby consent to an Independent Cincinnati Government Council from, by and for The People in this territory upon which we dwell.
