A Goal Everyone Can Help Us Achieve

If you haven't shared the petition on Twitter, Facebook, and any other social media network you're on, please do so now. Compassion, decency, and a sense of fairness are not in short supply. People will sign when they understand our cause. The challenge is not convincing them to sign, it is making them aware that the petition exists. During the last two days we made an unexpected jump from just 13 signatures to nearly 250. That only happened because people shared the petition with their friends. Our current objective is now 500, and with your help, we can easily reach it. If each person who has signed the petition so far were to go post a link to it on Facebook and Twitter right now, we would quickly reach and exceed our current goal of 500 signatures. If instead you prefer to donate a small amount of money to have the petition sponsored, you may visit the petition page and look for the red "Promote this petition" button on the right of the screen.
