The recent Supreme Court's judgment in favour of Manipur State retirees , has come timely as a ray of hope to all our senior retirees.
In the wake of the pending Curative Petition in our 100% DA issue filed at the instance of our Late Legend Com. B Ramji garu of IOB, the above verdict of the Apex Court assumes lot of significance at this crucial juncture.

The above judgment pertains to Retirees of Manipur Govt., which has reiterated the stance already taken by the apex court in its previous judgments in favour of the retirees...
Various references have been cited in the above judgement itself those are of common in nature which have also figured in our 1616-1684 case also in addition to many such cases of relevance
Glaringly,........
Only The judgment dtd. 16th. May, 2018 in our 100%DA case has gone against us which is "the only odd man out "- even without taking into cognizance of the judgments of Kolkatta (2-bench) and Madras (single bench) besides that of the judgment in 1616-1684 DA pronounced by the same Supreme Court on 13th. February, 2018 (Within a gap of just 3 months) and that too after keeping the judgment pending for pronouncement for over 10 long months....
CONSIDERING THE ABOVE , OUR PENDING CURATIVE PETITION IN 100% DA CASE IS A LIVE EXAMPLE OF "PER INCURIAM".
In Judicial terminology, "Per incuriam" literally means as "through lack of care" This is particularly referred to a judgment ( For example, in our pending 100% DA Case) which has been decided without reference to a statutory provision or earlier judgment which would have been relevant."
I ALSO DREW THE ATTENTION OF HIS LORDSHIP TO OUR BITTER EXPERIENCE IN OUR BID TO SEEK JUSTICE FOR OVER 15 LONG YEARS THAT ULTIMATELY CULMINATED INTO FILING A CURATIVE PETITION (C) #000243-/2019 (RIGISTERED ON 28 05 2019) IN OUR 100% DA CASE AGAINST THE REVIEW PETITION. ANY TIME IT IS EXPECTED TO COME UP BEFORE THE FULL BENCH HEADED BY THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE FOR ITS FINAL DISPOSAL.
This alone will be the point for consideration before the Hon'ble Chief Justice to give final verdict in our favour.

Therefore, It is our fond hope that the above inputs would amply cover the point of law at this crucial juncture - ie. where the Curative Petition is pending before the Country's Highest Seat of Justice for its final disposal in our favour.
