The following news item depicts the "STYLE OF FUNCTIONING" of the Registry being the subordinate functionary who had to carry out the orders of the Chief Justice in letter and spirit...!! lest it would tantamount insubordination and gross negligence and dereliction to duty which is highly punishable. Hon'ble CJI Ranjan Gogai has been on his crusade against insubordination and dereliction to duty in his own office - Country's highest seat of Judicial functioning. Every duty-bound citizen of this country would certainly welcome the action of Hon'ble CJI to ensure judicial transparency in the interest of justice and fair-play. Hence the saying-- ' TOUGH TIMES NEVER LAST.... BUT TOUGH PEOPLE DO ALWAYS..."
