Seeing the current circumstances of Coronavirus (Covid-19), most students have left university to stay in their various homes. Hence it is unfair that we are being made to pay full rent for properties we are not using. Homes for students need to if not cancel rent come up with a financial compromise for the situation of third term rent payment for all 2019/2020 occupants who are not currently using their properties.
