The Issue

Top Tier Auto takes advantage of low-income individuals and women. A neighbor purchased a car from Top Tier Auto, located at 2950 Brice Road, Brice, Ohio 43109, and within 15 minutes of ownership, my car caught on fire on the freeway. Laron J. Huckleby and Courtney Redding are the owners of this small dealership. This company is taking advantage of many people in Ohio and surrounding areas by selling vehicles that are hazardous to the public. They offer a 30-day warranty but do not honor it, and their mechanic is not certified.

Two weeks ago, a vehicle stopped running right after leaving the dealership on Brice Road. Another customer had to jump-start her battery before leaving, only for her vehicle to stop working two days later. After reading reviews, I found out that someone else traded in their vehicle only to discover the transmission was bad, and Laron refused to honor the warranty he offered.

This disgraceful behavior must be stopped before more people get hurt or scammed. Please sign this petition to hold Top Tier Auto accountable for their actions and ensure they provide safe vehicles and honor their warranties! Laron and Courtney also cheated a veteran out of over $3,000. This couple takes pride in scamming people.  In February, there was a couple that bought a 2021 Escalade. The car had 82,000 miles, and Top-Tier Auto hid critical information about it. Top-Tier Auto has been open since 2021, and this company already has an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau. They have over 15 factory reviews and a record with the Better Business Bureau. There are no customer complaints on Google. Most of the positive reviews are paid reviews; people in the comment section reveal that the vehicles broke within a matter of days or weeks after the reviews were written. Every time this couple offers their clients help, they tell people to merely sell their cars and put money down towards another beat-up vehicle at their car lot. Let's hold Courtney and Laron accountable for their actions. This couple should be ashamed of themselves. Laron feels he should not have to be honest with the public. https://www.toptierautocorp.com/
