The government needs to provide email services for HMRC, the lines of communication are inefficient out of date or impossible, over the last 10 to 15 years the majority of corporations,organisation and companies are generally unreachable and non communicative which may serve them, but this should not be seen as an acceptable form of public service.

Dealing with taxation, self assessment, refunds,tax bills, child tax credits and the all encompassing subject of tax need not be so Traumatic if there were lines of communication open which members of the public could use.

The overall view of HMRC would improve nationally and we could all rely on a system or service which we assisted and helped to modernise if this petition made it to parliament.
