The Issue

My daughter Jiah Khan alias Nafisa Khan was American citizen, she was working in Bollywood film industry.  she was murdered on the 3rd 6 2013 Since then we have found indisputable evidence of scientific forensic and medical reports from leading forensic doctors which confirms that the evidence points to homicidal hanging.

We approached the Bombay High Court on the 23rd October 2013, they reopened the case on the grounds of extensive evidence pointing to murder. the investigation was poorly conducted and contradictory with regards to the cause of death. The police are not co-operating with mother Rabya khan, despite the order of the high court to reinvestigate the case as a murder.

The prime suspect in this case is Sooraj Pancholi. The police are also refusing to release two very important evidence that will lead us to reveal relevant truths In this case.

on the 25.2.14 a man in blue shirt and pant came to my door. He greeted me and said I am a friend of soorajs friend called PAWAN he said that while they were drinking he confirmed that soora has killed Jiah and d pancholies will have the mother killed. They are planning to kill me. He also said some one from your close circuit informs them about your where about and what you are doing. He warned me that I should take the case back or else I will be killed. I have registered the FiR but it's been a week the police has not found the man, although they have his picture From CCTV.

Amonth after the late actress Jiah Khan's her mother Rabia conducted a sting on eight key witnesses whose statements the Juhu police had cited to claim that Jiah had committed suicide, the Bombay High Court on Friday asked the cops as to why key evidences such as the post-mortem video, SMSes and BBM messages and the CCTV footage were left out of the charge sheet.

A division bench of Justices Naresh Patil and Abhay Thipsay also directed the Juhu police to inform the court of their opinion on the reports of the forensic experts which Rabia had cited in her petition.

During the first hearing on the petition on Friday, the 28th march Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, appearing for Rabia, pointed out an earlier HC order directing police to record Rabia's fresh statement and investigate the concerns raised by her.

"Police have only recorded certain supplementary statements, specifically with a purpose to answer the concerns raised by the petitioner, but they haven't touched the forensic aspect of the case at all," submitted Jethmalani, who appeared along with advocate Dinesh Tiwari.

Jethmalani submitted the pictures of the body, taken right by a police photographer, and said the injuries were clearly visible (on her left upper arm and on the upper lip) but those hadn't been mentioned in the postmortem report. The senior advocate also read out parts of reports given by a forensic expert to Rabia, indicating struggle and also mentioning that it appeared a case of homicidal death rather than suicide.

Rabia had said in her petition that no call data record of Aditya Pancholi or Sooraj was included in the charge sheet. She also said that there was no panchnama indicating seizure of Sooraj's mobile phone, indicating that it may not have seized at all. Also, no attempt was made to recover deleted BBM messages sent to Jiah from Sooraj's phone on the day of incident, she said.

The police report admitted that there was a telephonic conversation between Aditya Pancholi and the investigating officer, Kalpana Gadekar, Rabia's petition said.

Jethmalani said that police have gone ahead with the same line of investigation in a pre-decided manner and pointed out that the witnesses' version to Rabia was different from what was told to police.

Additional Public Prosecutor Madhavi Mhatre told the court that she wouldn't be able to answer the queries raised in the petition as the investigating officer was not present in the court, following which the case was adjourned for April 7, with Mhatre being directed to answer the specific queries the court had asked.

I am pleading with you for your help and pray for honesty in finding the truth and giving justice to Jiah to allow SIT /FBI to work with Indian investigating team. this shall bring the change for justice4jiah case. Please give us your support we love you
