The Indians poor or rich cannot be forced to pay exorbitant prices for Fuel,as the Petroleum Sector is filling the national Exchequer and State Coffers with Lakhs of CRORES of Rupees every year.Deregulation, is like doing away with the Police and Judiciary and appointing THE THIEF as the adjudicator.Even good people steal,when there is no regulating body.There should be TOTAL REGULATION in India and "self-regulation" should NOT be allowed.
