Public school education is the backbone of this nation.  

To ensure that the United States continues to be a leader among nations, we must educate our children well.  

If we can bailout Wall Street, the banks and the auto industries, we CAN and certainly SHOULD bailout our children!

Urge your elected officials to update and maintain good public schools, and to provide the necessary funding for state-of-the-arts educational resources to encourage and stimulate learning for all children.  

Urge your elected officials to make schools safe havens for learning, and make certain that the curricula includes and embraces diversity and tolerance for all peoples.  

Likewise, urge your elected officials to allocate more funding to ensure smaller classes with fewer students to guarantee student success, and hire more teachers to prevent unreasonable teacher-student ratios.
