This petition arises for all the young ladies, members of Debre Menkirat Kidus Amanuel & Rufael Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, Arlington, VA. who were abused and continue to be abused in the most extreme way while their right have been violated by being used as a sex slaves in the name of religion over period of months and years by priest name Aba Fresenbet Abeje of EOTC. 

This allegations against Aba Fresenbet Abeje have been managed under the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church Office of the Diocese of Washington D.C and its surroundings. As per the bylaw of Debre Menkirat Kidus Amanuel & Rufael EOTC, 

13.8 The church administrator shall be removed from office, subject to the terms of any employment agreement, only for the following reasons:

13.8.1 falling into practices and beliefs that are against the creeds and teachings of EOTC.

13.8.2 neglect of duties

We the parish council of Debre Menkirat Kidus Amanuel & Rufael EOTC widely recognize Aba Fresenbet Abeje is not fit to serve. The bylaw of Debre Menkirat Kidus Amanuel & Rufael EOTC state that, in order to remove a member of the church including the priest, The parish council of the congregation must vote and approve of such. 70 % of the congregation has voted to remove priest Aba Fresenbet Abeje.
Effective immediately, Aba Fresenbet Abeje will be removed from his position of priest at our congregation. Additionally, he is banned from our church and property. If he found on our grounds, he will be charged with trespassing.
