The Philippines has been told that it has become one of the biggest supplier of Nurses worldwide. Registered Nurses make up the largest segment of a country’s health workforce. Without increasing wages in the country, many of them opt to migrate and settle for a job abroad since they seem to earn as much as 20 times what they make back home. If this persists, the country may unsurprisingly experience a shortage in its educated workers who have been overworked, underpaid in their country for a very long time.
