We the long term unemployed need help. Some states have already been voted the help based on unemployemnet figures. States with under 8.5% unemployemnet are being cut out and the unemployed left to fend for themselves with any savings they may have left. This country is supposed to be the land of fair treatment, but to support some states while dropping others is not a fair treatment. In texas unemployement is at 8.3 percent which means that if we had 2 more people per thousand population we would be eligable, but this is not the case. The long term unemployed need help everywhere not just in the states hardest hit. Why should some get to keep their life going while others are condemmed to lose everything. There are over 11 million people unemployed due to the actions of others.
