We have Witness Testimonies, as well as Audio recordings & Document Evidence & More, that for over 20 Years at least, Veterans throughout America have been Neglected & Abused by the VA & the network of Nonprofits that receive Billions of Dollars each year in the name of helping Veterans. This includes facilities in Texas, Hawaii, California, Arizona, Nevada & other States.

Greetings, my name is Garrett Jester. I served in the US Army, and National Guard. Afterward, I spent 18+ years working in the ROV(Remote Operated Vehicle) profession, until I suffered an illness and accident on a maritime diving vessel in 2016, and the International Maritime Diving company refused to provide the medical/financial benefits that I was entitled to, which caused me and my family to lose everything we had and become homeless.

In April of 2021, the VA sent me to a USVets(NonProfit) Veterans Transitional Housing Facility(Vet Homeless Shelter) in Houston Texas. I was supposed to stay there and be helped by USVets and the VA, in areas of benefits, housing, mental health, finances and more.

When I arrived, my first thoughts were to leave and go back to living in car/streets, as there were many things such as living conditions and overall feel of the place that told me not to be there. But the VA placed me there, and leaving meant "Failing a VA Program", so I put my head down and soldiered on.

Over the next 4 months, what I experienced and witnessed there drove me to collect proof of what goes on in these VA-funded, Nonprofit run facilities, and the deeper I got, the more I knew it had to be exposed and STOPPED. I tried to make a difference from the inside. I spoke the truth when conflicts arose, and was asked by the USVets Facility Director to join the Veterans Council, which I did in hopes that I could at least make conditions better for the Veterans staying there while searching for future council members to carry on the mission.

That ALL came to a crashing halt, when on 3 July 2021, a homeless veteran that was staying at the facility, Sexually Assaulted a Child in the kitchen area of the facility, during a (4th of July)party that was being put on for Veterans by a VFW Post and the Houston Millennials Organization. The Party was going GREAT, and everyone was having a fabulous time. There were many children there with their parents, and the kids talked and played with everyone, and would bring veterans food and drinks and ice cream and games, and asked if you wanted more until you burst, and everyone laughed even more. Only smiles existed on faces during that time. And then a Child was Sexually Assaulted, and it was covered up.

You will hear, in the recorded conversations, what happened that day. And you will hear in those conversations, how it was covered up by the people and entities in charge, and how we were told not to speak about it anymore. At that moment, I KNEW, I had to take the evidence I had of Everything, and leave the facility, in order to expose the TRUTH, to protect that little Child and STOP the Neglect and Abuse of Veterans. I did not at the time, know how long it had been going on at that facility, nor that it was widespread throughout VA-funded facilities in America, but I KNEW that this HERE, had to STOP with me. I knew I was not the first, but I MUST be the last.

So I gathered everything I could to prove the TRUTH about the facility and incidents, and I left on 13 July 2021.

Over the next months, I tried to bring all this evidence to many people and entities, and the more I tried, the more I found that these people and entities were working to suppress the information, and even helping each other cover-up the areas where I had evidence of wrongdoings. By listening to, and viewing the evidence, you will easily understand and KNOW the TRUTH.

SO, as resources and ability allowed, I finally was able to make a Twitter account, and in a primitive manner, publish some of the facility pictures, and some two-minute clips of the many recorded hours of conversations that I have with the Mgmt and Staff of the VA, USVets, and others. And I have so much More.

I am the Homeless Veteran in those videos, and the voices you hear are staff and Management from the VA and several Nonprofit "Veterans Service Organizations". You will hear them admitting to Veterans Neglect & Abuses, Horrid living conditions, Sexual/Physical/Verbal/Mental/Emotional Abuse, Child Sexual Assault Cover-up and More. You will hear me bring these Horrors to the attention of the VA, & the VA try to bribe me to keep me quiet and not complain, but they REFUSED to protect the Veterans or Child, or hold anyone accountable. So I said NO. I WILL NOT sell out my Brothers and Sisters, or innocent Children, & I have continued to Fight for Justice.

I have gone to many others(politicians/police/media/others) for help, & have voice recordings & emails/texts showing this, so I will let you decide whether they did their duty.

I have used up every penny that I could get trying to bring these atrocities to light, but even when people tell me there is Hope, and to Never Give Up, the millimeter of movement forward, is paid for a thousand times over in mind, body and soul, and I lose more of me and my Family than was gained for the cause.

In January 2022, I was able to start giving BloodPlasma at a local Plasma Donation Center. I was paid up to $65 for each time I donated, and could donate twice a week. I started making donations twice a week to save money to use for materials, such as the signs and cards I used at the Conroe Trump Rally, and many other political/media events during the primary election period and continue to use them to ring these atrocities to light. I have donated 27 times so far.

In June 2022, my left leg started having issues, and I was hospitalized for two weeks, during which the Doctors ruled out many medical reasons(diabetes/DVT/Heart/Etc) for my left foot issues, but could not determine why my left foot was doing what it was doing. Doctors said it is possibly the CRPS from my right foot, spreading to my left foot.

I am not able to continue the Plasma donations due to the issues with my left leg, and have not been able to donate Plasma since then due to these ongoing issues.

I still go to any public events that I can, but with my right foot already bad and needing a walking boot and crutch to walk, it has become even more difficult to move around and take care of myself. And without the funds that the Plasma donations provided to pay for materials and travel, it will soon be impossible to keep campaigning as I have been.

You will see on Twitter, how I have BEGGED for help from politicians, media and others, But FOX is a Premium Sponsor of one of the Nonprofits(USVets), and sponsored events where we were USED and Abused, and these Nonprofits have money and connections.

I will Give ALL Evidence to Anyone who wishes it. I will Meet Anyone and PROVE Everything beyond any doubt. I will swear Under Oath and answer under a Polygraph test. I ONLY want ALL the information to come out so Justice and Accountability is Achieved and Veterans/Children are Protected.
I don't want anyone to just believe me, I want you to KNOW. Meaning, that when you listen to and look at ALL of the evidence and story, it will stand on its own facts and merit. TRUTH is the truth, no matter who brings it, or what it reveals.

I ask to be put to the test, because I am only presenting the Truth about these matters, as the parties have themselves attested to, in their own words and writings, and that the pictures and videos confirm.

Sadly, if you are not Rich, Famous or "Connected", you have little to rely on to seek Justice and Accountability in this world. As I am none of these, and I am currently homeless, destitute and handicapped, I must ask for assistance to bring attention(Documentary/Media) and legal processes(Civil Lawsuits) to bear so that this finally is in public view and politicians/media will be forced to acknowledge and investigate the incidents and entities throughout America, and ACT.

EVERY Cent raised on GoFundMe and GiveSendGo for this endeavor will go towards retaining Legal Help(Civil Lawsuits), Investigating/Exposing the WHOLE Story(Documentary), and Stabilizing the Veterans that have come forward to bring these Atrocities to light.
