Celina Cass went missing from her home in the middle of the night. No Amber alert was sent out because, under NH law, one is sent out only when authorities have reason to believe the child was abducted and is in danger. Any missing child under any circumstance should be considered in danger and reported on the Amber alert system with at the very least a description of the child.
