Hello! My name is Palcovici Loredana, i`m from Romania and i need your help! I think that you know or heard about animals in Romania, they don`t live like they should! I mean that almost 90% of dogs are on streets! Here don`t exist animals police, or any law to change anything about this situation, even if they say there will be, they never say when will happen! We had talked with primary, because they support the flayers and dogs are suffering because of them! We need your help to create shelter for dogs, to invest in their drugs, food, home and adopt! Animals from Romania need your help! I live in a city called Resita, and i will send you a website with a video and a profile with some photos to present how dogs live in Resita! For the video and photos viewer discretion is advised! Maybe you will say that we will continue doing this, I mean doing nothing, even if you will support us! But that is why we send messages to others in different countries and not in our, because here in our country the corruption is part of daily life in Romania, with almost half of Romanians admitting to paying bribes! They don`t care about animals, they just care about their money, and what they must do to have more money then anyone! I was several times to primary of my town, but they say that if i want to help thous animals, i have to pay from my own money if i want to change the world! And that is it! They kill dogs in 7 days if nobody come and get them from the shelter, and they don`t kill them with drugs or what is legal, they just hit them till they die! Dogs eat bad food and nobody clean their mess! You will see all of this in the video that i wrote down! Animals that are in the city and county is in danger, every day 5 dogs die or are killed by flayer. Once we get at the shelter that we have in the city with Animals Protection from Bucharest and they closed the shelter for 3 month, but after that, our mayor started again to catch dogs and he put the flayers to chatch the dogs in the night and to kill them. Last month we had an event where we take 19 puppies from street and foud people who adopt them. We really can`t believe that we found for all puppies a master and we think that is a good ideea to do this event in every month, but the mayer is against us, because we complained him to police, but nobody can do something because here everybody is corrupted, even in police station. We talk to them to get a land where we can build a shelter, but the mayer sad that if we don`t colaborate with him, he will not agree to give us a land. That means if we colaborate with the primary, if some money will be missing in primary, the mayer will judge us, every time he try to find someone to blame. But the problem is not just with the mayer.... it is and with people who think that is our fould that animals die and we don`t do anything to change that, or they say that there is children who die every day and we just care about dogs. We explain that we are maybe 100 people who care about animals, and the rest of people can do the rest, of charing children and so on.... Or we have children that kill dogs and cats, we have Gypsies who let their horses on streets and don`t feed them, or even still dogs and let them die in their yard. Or last month we heard about a boy that hang cats. When dogs or cats make puppies some people take the puppies from their mothers, put them in a bag and throw them in river. Many dogs from streets have itch, dogs from shelter dosn`t have anymore hair or fur.... sometimes they kill them with the ax, or with that putter that flayer must use, even if we buy them some new putter, that don`t hurt dogs, they use the older one, just to kill them. We find on streets dogs, most of them female with tumor in belly, or with dead puppies inside them. Is so sad when we see that some helpless animals just die or suffering because nobody care about them. We hope that we can change all of this problems and make a better world for animals because they deserve it.
