This petition is personal to me because of the horrendous injustice being orchestrated against Shaheed, a victim caught in a web of malicious biohacking and wrongful diagnosis. Shaheed's nightmare is unfolding due to the actions of the city government, which has allegedly colluded to falsely diagnose him with schizophrenia instead of the real problem. He was bio-hacked! This is not just an issue affecting one individual, but a terrifying breach of individual rights.

Shaheed has endured illegal surveillance, where his every move was monitored without his consent. This gross invasion of privacy is compounded by the acts of racism he has faced, which paint a picture of systemic discrimination and neglect. His struggle doesn't end there; he has been a target of landlord-tenant harassment, where he's been made to feel unsafe in his own home. This harassment is a part of a larger pattern of intimidation designed to destabilize him.

His workplace has also been a hostile environment, filled with discriminatory practices and prejudices which have exacerbated his situation. Additionally, Shaheed has fallen victim to police discrimination and brutality—his rights violated by those sworn to protect them. These actions are not isolated incidents but are part of a broader issue of systemic racism and injustice.

Moreover, the city is ignoring the real danger: the truth about biohacking and its psychological impacts, which are being sidelined by the focus on antisemitism by some in the Jewish community in New York and by political excuses from the police and local politicians. This is a grave injustice that distracts from the real issues at hand, threatening to ruin a man's life.

We urge the authorities to stop this violation of civil liberties immediately. We demand a halt to any false diagnosis influenced by racial prejudice or unlawful surveillance. It is crucial that Shaheed receives a fair assessment from independent, unbiased medical professionals.
