In the heart of our justice system, profound injustices continue to take place. I am a mother who has endured unimaginable pain and trauma due to the malfeasance of numerous individuals, and entities. My son and I have been TARGETED victims and survivors of a system that is supposed to protect us, not strategically tear us or families apart. As many have experienced, the burden is heavy and the damages are costly, irreversible, intentionally orchestrated and unfathomable while the parties responsible are unjustly enriching themselves, denying our rights, engaging in nefarious schemes, and continuing conspiracies within a vast covert network/enterprise.
I am well-rounded and highly educated. I have several degrees in electrical engineering; one being a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and years as an engineer. Independent of any education, I would consider myself intelligent, emotionally and intellectually, contrary to the labels I have inherited from the UNGODLY and targeted faux dossier over the many years, such as "defective", a "threat", “deadbeat”, to name a few. These efforts serve as a mechanism of targeting to discredit, project, distract, frame and entrap.
More recently, I was a stay at home mom, and raised my son during the most important time of childhood development; infancy and the toddler years. I enjoyed every moment I spent with him. I love him and miss him tremendously. He is a beautiful and highly intelligent child with no health conditions/illnesses (at the time).
At the bottom of the food chain are the attorneys (front men and women) et al responsible for "legally" orchestrating the trafficking and expansive abuses for profit, including but not limited to, the framework for the attempted and BOTCHED adoption, CHINS, termination of parental rights, juvenile delinquency (minor son < 2 yo at the time of separation), adult guardianship (via murder for hire > "injury" > "incapacitation" > "accident" > "death" > "disappearance" > "suicide").
In addition, my career was sabotaged over years culminating from private health insurance to MEDICAID. Then resulting in premeditated fraud with HIPAA, consent forms, insurance policies tailored for and as part of the sophisticated legal transition after the murder and/or incapacitation for hire. The records & diagnoses falsifications served a future "medical paper trail" for financial and human embezzlement, laundering and trafficking, more than likely followed by "transfers of assets" via TODDs , after "guardianship" and other schemes were in progress), in past and concurrent matters before Lake and Newton County Courts in Indiana. The abuses and reporting extends beyond these two counties and in multiple states.

My life is an intersection between the high profile victims of Chris Laundrie (Petitto), Watts, Peterson, Murdaugh; trafficking victims, recent missing & deceased scientists; Virginia Giuffre, Erin Brokovich, Snowden; Marc Polymeropoulos, Tina Onufer, Kate Husband & Doug Ferguson, and so many others.
The tip of the ICEburg: Has your divorce been orchestrated to fall on the same day you were married, 7 years later and after two (2) years? Since you’re still alive? How about the fraud orchestrated in the overdue and eventual criminal charge against my then husband concurrent with several pending matters in the criminal, and civil jurisdictions followed by Juvenile ? Was the charge intentionally delayed and incorrectly classified? Was he held “compliant” for the PTD agreement?

Did he play victim, use our protections against him to manipulate and state I did everything to keep him away? How about the hearings, pleadings, substitution of counsel, orders, paper trail, deaths, job “losses” (sabotage) on or about the same date as anniversaries, birth dates, holidays, major local, country & world events concurrent with multiple court matters? Have your and/or your families anniversaries, life circumstances, an so forth been orchestrated, similarly? Was the synopsis I was asked to write exploited?
Has your life & (death) been orchestrated for you? Is your brother an FBI agent? Were you recording your husband for years before seeking a divorce and protections given his coercive abuse, multiple suicidal & homicidal threats and attempts? Did he start targeting your child in the same manner? Was your child targeted further by third parties to keep you in fear (signaling and silencing) and as a cover to the attempted trafficking and continued abuses? Further, the "Golden Child", is not aware as a nurse. You then notify them. The same family that attempted to orchestrate keeping you from the details, communications, arrangements, obituary, finances in your father's last days and beyond. Did he belittle my younger brother but the standard was different for his natural daughter? "It doesn't add up because it adds up." Ask yourself what perspective are you looking from.

Was their child, my beautiful niece whom I’ve never met, not removed from their care? Did her father "die" on my birth date? Did they move back to the area as they would be used for "support" and cover for my premeditated death (at least prior to 2025)? Does your sister have depression? Were her children removed from her care? No, she had me go with to their house the day she told him she was done and with evidence. Then, I was asked to sleep over, and help with the children as she barricaded herself in the room with the child's dresser against the door.
Did your brother's wife state to you, why would you and husband move (newlyweds) as a control tactic and as if that's such an unheard of plan. While they were in the process of moving and starting their life? Are your family and third parties forcing a narrative that is not true about you and your life to fit the agenda? Were your family and friends used as pawns, by the powers at be, against you? Does she post about her toddler children surrounded with beer bottles and think its cute, but keeps her children? Does your mother attend their high school graduation celebrations but doesn't attend her own blood grandson's (3 & 4 yo) staged "graduations"? Do you have your step-sister recorded too? Do you have the day cares and police recorded unbeknownst to them (at the time) contrary to their reports? Are the pastors, elders and congregants at multiple churches recorded too?
Are churches responsible for trafficking ("fostering") children and families? Has your child been trafficked by the Courts, CPS, medical, bigPharma, lawyers and LEAs? After any form of abuse, how many times have you been asked or threatened with, as my husband would, who and how many have you told (as a means of containment)?
How many people have I told that an INpatient MORPHINE order for the future had been premeditated with a specific date range correlating with illegal surveillance, a reported stalker and doctored police reports? How many medical, police reports, Court orders have been doctored leading up to that and since then? How many people have a I told that MEDICAID (after sabotage to jobs) deemed me "MEDICALLY FRAIL" as the lead up for the premeditated murder? How many HIPAA and consent forms were staged prior to the BOTCHED culmination of events. How many times have you signed the electronic signature pad for medical services but have no idea what you are signing? How many times have you asked for your records, forms and have been denied, met with an attitude and resistance? That is intentional. Have you been given the forms to review ahead of time? How do you know that the forms in paper match what you are signing on the signature pad, regardless if they briefly read it out loud (not an I-pad, screen, etc.)? You don't, especially if you're being coerced! The paper versions will not be uploaded with specific clauses as stricken after your review. No signature, NO service!
Do you have your ex sister-in-law recorded and your ex-husband's children participating in the abuses against you? Were your step-children abused by their father? Do you have enough dirty laundry on your ex-husband, lawyers, judges et al to which they are exploiting, pressuring and abusing husband (ex-husband), child and others against you as a way to cover for themselves? Do you think it's is a coincidence that the media specifically doesn't take family cases until after death? How many news stories have you heard where the husband kills the wife (ex-wife) and children? Who takes the blame? How many "mental health" victims (TARGETS) are framed and exploited for mass crimes as a cover up? I am also being framed as a means to cover up their wrongdoings. My son is being framed as well, any deviation from the normal and future "problems", behavioral or what not, are staged to cover their wrongdoings.
Did your ex-husband impersonate his current employer with an internet job scheme, for over two (2) years, on company letterheads denying employment, a website and links he created? Leading on a friend that needed and wanted a different job? Did your ex-husband text the friend, "You figured it out! Do you know how long it took me to set up that fake TransCanada web site? ;)" Did your ex-husband solicit murder of two undisclosed employees at his current employer and his late wife over text? To the same friend? Does the friend state, "...something can b arranged...."? Did you find the text messages on his old phones approx. two years after your marriage to him (unbeknownst to him)? How many poisonings, attempts, direct and indirect threats have you been a victim of and in writing?
Have you been ordered to pay child support to an abuser at $296.00 per WEEK? A purposely inflated and incorrect number? As your employment was staged and career as an engineer was sabotaged on the same dates as pleadings or the lead up to staged hearings? Was your ex-husband ordered to pay child support at $181.22 per WEEK, originally? When he should have been paying at least $500.00+ per week according to the Indiana child support calculator? Was he promoted instead of fired?
Have the Courts purposely sabotaged your future and relationships as a means to financially drain and isolate you quicker? Is your then husband back in your home, after he was removed due to the protection orders, with your child as the home and property are still listed in your name? While you had close to perfect credit for securing the loan terms? How much fraud upon the Courts have his opposing attorneys committed? He is not just a narcissist, but a sociopath and psychopath (ASPD) which is a deadly combination.
Do you have the evaluator, Christopher Zacny recorded? He is in bed with the Court network, lawyers (in multiple jurisdictions) that facilitate these outcomes and extort thousands of dollars from parents. Was the SVU Deputy Commander, Lawrence Thurmond removed in Lake County, Indiana, originally and supposedly due to a "leave of absence", and relocated to Living Hope Church in Merrillville, Indiana as security? The list is long as to how many professionals, neighbors and others have been isolated, removed in one form or another, threatened and turned for assisting or sent to befriend me and relate back.

Life imitating (orchestrated) Art and Art imitating Life (nefariously). Have you been sent honey pot(s)? How about infertile one(s)? Has your family and others (unbeknownst and beknownst), throughout your life, been used to discredit, erase, sacrifice and replace you? Does your then husband use the same firm you consulted with? Is he (racist) paired with a black lawyer, Kristen Valdivia in a highly racist environment, town, State, etc? Is she then removed on Valentine's Day, the following year (same day as our engagement and the same day as the Florida mass shooting), as she is used as a pawn, threatens, defrauds, fails to get their schemes accomplished and then replaced with a white male attorney, Andrew Martin who's engaging in the same, murderous tactics and conspiracies?
Ask me how many not-at-fault major car "accidents" I have been in? How about the minor ones? One major accident lawsuit, still pending (over 5 years later) before the Lake County Superior Court and concurrent with the dissolution and schemes while I was a front passenger, 7+ months pregnant and not at fault. So many schemes, attempts, abuses, comments just as I’m doing well or about to accomplish greater things throughout life such as graduations, marriage, preceded by "accidents" followed by "divorce", "developing" ovarian cancer, marriage again, pregnancy, "accident", etc. All of it used to target and suppress me and others.

Imagine, the opposing attorneys and your attorneys colluding and attempting to sanction and coerce you … you are the injured party, not-at-fault, 7+ month pregnant passenger. Imagine the most important fact, 7+ mo pregnant, omitted in the original complaint filed on April 28, 2022, almost a year later.
At the top and bottom of the scheme-for-profit are the traffickers, pedophiles, & criminals, including but not limited to the feds, police, government, cartel and high ranking officials many which have been compromised. Children are abused, bought, sold and murdered on the "black" market for a premium similar to how Carmax moves vehicles. Human and financial assets (including real estate) are "moved" within the "legal", "medical" framework and other networks with contracts and outcomes that are predetermined and fixed for a price tag, in a "closed" loop network.
After formally reporting some, the evidence resulted in a continued whirlwind of proportional and retaliatory responses with false narratives, abuses and torture. How many mothers have you come across that are fighting for their child(ren) in the Supreme Court? The systemic corruption is NOT an isolated matter, rather, part of a larger, more pervasive, profiteering framework affecting countless families. NW Indiana is a hub, including Lake and Newton Counties also engaged in these organized “white”-collar criminal networks. The misuse of power and deliberate exploitation from legal systems, law enforcement and third party individuals, agencies and entities to harm individuals and families must be stopped. Holding accountable those who abuse their power is imperative to restoring trust and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and parents who find themselves in similar situations.
Retaliation, discrediting, isolating, and blacklisting are SOME of the common tactics used in NEUTRALIZING and exploiting families and children complicating efforts to secure justice. There are plenty of "independent" bodies that allegedly investigate; but no real accountability or retribution has been transferred unto those perpetuating and facilitating the misconduct, heinous crimes and the cover ups.

Were you assaulted by family while your son is a witness, again? Was your son stating he wanted to go home with mommy on Mother's Day? As he was traumatized on Mother's Day 2025, the day before the final hearing? Did you buy your own Mother’s Day flowers immediately before and were refused a picture with your son and flowers as he was taken from you again? Do you have it recorded? The final hearing couldn't be staged on Mother's Day since it was on Sunday.
Do you have your step-sister recorded too? Do you have the day cares and police recorded unbeknownst to them (at the time) contrary to their reports? Are the pastors, elders and congregants at multiple churches recorded too?
Are churches responsible for trafficking ("fostering") children and families? Has your child been trafficked by the Courts, CPS, medical, bigPharma, lawyers and LEAs? After any form of abuse, how many times have you been asked or threatened with, as my husband would, who and how many have you told (as a means of containment)?
How many people have I told that an INpatient MORPHINE order for the future had been premeditated with a specific date range correlating with illegal surveillance, a reported stalker and doctored police reports? How many medical, police reports, Court orders have been doctored leading up to that and since then? How many people have a I told that MEDICAID (after sabotage to jobs) deemed me "MEDICALLY FRAIL" as the lead up for the premeditated murder? How many HIPAA and consent forms were staged prior to the BOTCHED culmination of events. How many times have you signed the electronic signature pad for medical services but have no idea what you are signing? How many times have you asked for your records, forms and have been denied, met with an attitude and resistance? That is intentional. Have you been given the forms to review ahead of time? How do you know that the forms in paper match what you are signing on the signature pad, regardless if they briefly read it out loud (not an I-pad, screen, etc.)? You don't, especially if you're being coerced! The paper versions will not be uploaded with specific clauses as stricken after your review. No signature, NO service!
Do you have your ex sister-in-law recorded and your ex-husband's children participating in the abuses against you? Were your step-children abused by their father? Do you have enough dirty laundry on your ex-husband, lawyers, judges et al to which they are exploiting, pressuring and abusing husband (ex-husband), child and others against you as a way to cover for themselves? Is your ex-husband being framed by police, as one of the many police reports you pull is contrary to your statements and crimes, so when they dispose of you, the premeditated paper trail points to him? Did you warn your ex-husband about it?
Have you been called a "screamer" or that you allegedly “screamed”, that you have a "manisfesto", are a “threat”, the closer you are to piecing the schemes, representing yourself as pro se and as a way of being framed , and isolated? Are the attorneys, prosecution, judges, government and third parties pitting the parties against each other? Custody battle?
Visit any attorneys' websites. The tactics are hidden in plain sight as divorce and related matters. The trafficking, “accidents”, murders/injuries, “guardianship”, “adoption”, "criminal", "bankruptcy", estate and wealth "management" (laundering/extortion & elder abuse) is written as the hook for services and the law. Have you visited a strip mall? Tell me what do you see on the surface? Lawyers, dentists (identification via records) and cameras, "counselors" and cameras, wealth "management", etc.
Do you think it's is a coincidence that the media specifically doesn't take family cases until after death? How many news stories have you heard where the husband kills the wife (ex-wife) and children? Who takes the blame? How many "mental health" victims (TARGETS) are framed and exploited for mass crimes as a cover up? I am also being framed as a means to cover up their wrongdoings. My son is being framed as well, any deviation from the normal and future "problems", behavioral or what not, are staged to cover their wrongdoings.
Did your ex-husband impersonate his current employer with an internet job scheme, for over two (2) years, on company letterheads denying employment, a website and links he created? Leading on a friend that needed and wanted a different job? Did your ex-husband text the friend, "You figured it out! Do you know how long it took me to set up that fake TransCanada web site? ;)" Did your ex-husband solicit murder of two undisclosed employees at his current employer and his late wife over text? To the same friend? Does the friend state, "...something can b arranged...."? Did you find the text messages on his old phones approx. two years after your marriage to him (unbeknownst to him)? How many poisonings, attempts, direct and indirect threats have you been a victim of and in writing?
Have you been ordered to pay child support to an abuser at $296.00 per WEEK? A purposely inflated and incorrect number? As your employment was staged and career as an engineer was sabotaged on the same dates as pleadings or the lead up to staged hearings? Was your ex-husband ordered to pay child support at $181.22 per WEEK, originally? When he should have been paying at least $500.00+ per week according to the Indiana child support calculator? Was he promoted instead of fired?
Have the Courts purposely sabotaged your future and relationships as a means to financially drain and isolate you quicker? Is your then husband back in your home, after he was removed due to the protection orders, with your child as the home and property are still listed in your name? While you had close to perfect credit for securing the loan terms? How much fraud upon the Courts have his opposing attorneys committed? He is not just a narcissist, but a sociopath and psychopath (ASPD) which is a deadly combination.
Do you have the evaluator, Christopher Zacny recorded? He is in bed with the Court network, lawyers (in multiple jurisdictions) that facilitate these outcomes and extort thousands of dollars from parents. Was the SVU Deputy Commander, Lawrence Thurmond removed in Lake County, Indiana, originally and supposedly due to a "leave of absence", and relocated to Living Hope Church in Merrillville, Indiana as security? The list is long as to how many professionals, neighbors and others have been isolated, removed in one form or another, threatened and turned for assisting or sent to befriend me and relate back.

There are too many movies and series to list, actually. Fraud, corruption, cartel...I'll start off by saying one of the firms that originally “represented” me went by the email of dargo@bettercallmylawyer.com. Life imitating (orchestrated) Art and Art imitating Life (nefariously). Have you been sent honey pot(s)? How about infertile one(s)? Has your family and others (unbeknownst and beknownst), throughout your life, been used to discredit, erase, sacrifice and replace you? Does your then husband use the same firm you consulted with? Is he (racist) paired with a black lawyer, Kristen Valdivia in a highly racist environment, town, State, etc? Is she then removed on Valentine's Day, the following year (same day as our engagement and the same day as the Florida mass shooting), as she is used as a pawn, threatens, defrauds, fails to get their schemes accomplished and then replaced with a white male attorney, Andrew Martin who's engaging in the same, murderous tactics and conspiracies?
Ask me how many not-at-fault major car "accidents" I have been in? How about the minor ones? One major accident lawsuit, still pending (over 5 years later) before the Lake County Superior Court and concurrent with the dissolution and schemes while I was a front passenger, 7+ months pregnant and not at fault. So many schemes, attempts, abuses, comments just as I’m doing well or about to accomplish greater things throughout life such as graduations, marriage, preceded by "accidents" followed by "divorce", "developing" ovarian cancer, marriage again, pregnancy, "accident", etc. All of it used to target and suppress me and others.
The first ex-husband was “raided” by the FBI. While one of the major not at fault “accidents” I was in at that time was just before graduating & marriage using one of his lawyers as I subsequently hired and fired (as I should have done the first time) for another major accident while pregnant. Imagine, the opposing attorneys and your attorneys colluding and attempting to sanction and coerce you … you are the injured party, not-at-fault, 7+ month pregnant passenger. Imagine the most important fact, 7+ mo pregnant, omitted in the original complaint filed on April 28, 2022, almost a year later.
At the top and bottom of the scheme-for-profit are the traffickers, pedophiles, & criminals, including but not limited to the feds, police, government, cartel and high ranking officials many which have been compromised. Children are abused, bought, sold and murdered on the "black" market for a premium similar to how Carmax moves vehicles. Human and financial assets (including real estate) are "moved" within the "legal", "medical" framework and other networks with contracts and outcomes that are predetermined and fixed for a price tag, in a "closed" loop network.
After formally reporting some, the evidence resulted in a continued whirlwind of proportional and retaliatory responses with false narratives, abuses and torture. How many mothers have you come across that are fighting for their child(ren) in the Supreme Court? With your support, I hope to bring resolutions and avoid further isolation, alienation, sabotage and blacklisting, whereby my son has been indoctrinated.
The systemic corruption is NOT an isolated matter, rather, part of a larger, more pervasive, profiteering framework affecting countless families. This corruption is occurring country and world-wide as well as in neighboring Elkhart County, Indiana involving children and families supported by the Facebook group Exposing GAL Mary Raatz, media reports and the like. NW Indiana is a hub, including Lake and Newton Counties also engaged in these organized “white”-collar criminal networks. The misuse of power and deliberate exploitation from legal systems, law enforcement and third party individuals, agencies and entities to harm individuals and families must be stopped. Holding accountable those who abuse their power is imperative to restoring trust and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and parents who find themselves in similar situations.
Retaliation, discrediting, isolating, and blacklisting are SOME of the common tactics used in NEUTRALIZING and exploiting families and children complicating efforts to secure justice. There are plenty of "independent" bodies that allegedly investigate; but no real accountability or retribution has been transferred unto those perpetuating and facilitating the misconduct, heinous crimes and the cover ups.
