The incident involving Harjinder Singh serves as a reminder that accidents are not solely the fault of one party. In this case, the car driver had ample opportunity to see the truck making a turn ahead but failed to act in time. This lapse in attention and failure to stop the vehicle resulted in tragic consequences.

ਗਲਤੀ ਕੱਲੀ ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ , ਕਾਰ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਹੈ , ਉਹ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਅਗੋ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਆ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਮੁੜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ , ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਵ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਰ ਡਰਾਈਵ ਅੱਗੇ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ , ਕਿਉੰਕਿ ਟਰੱਕ ਕੋਈ ਬਚਿਆ ਵਾਲਾ ਖਿਡੌਣਾ ਤਾ ਹੈ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਕਾਰ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੀਖਿਆ ਨਹੀ , ਵਡਾ ਟਰੱਕ ਸੀ ਜੌ ਕੇ ਦੂਰੋ ਹੀ ਦਿਖਣ ਲੱਗ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ , ਫਿਰ ਕਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਕਿਉੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਬ੍ਰੇਕ ਲਈ , ਕਿਉੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਾਰ ਰੋਕੀ , ਦੂਜੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਪੀਡ ਵੀ ਜਾਦਾ ਸੀ , ਟਰੱਕ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਦੀ ਕੱਲੀ ਗਲਤੀ ਨਾ ਦੇਖੋ , ਕਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੀ ਗਲਤੀ 80% ਆ ,
