I have been a dedicated member of Virgin Active for many years, despite the increasing fees and diminishing services. The recent decision to close the outdoor pool from November to February is the final straw. This is unacceptable, especially considering the already hefty membership fees. The pool serves as our oasis, our sanctuary, and this proposed closure directly impacts our wellbeing. In spite of concerns over weather conditions, the Outdoor Swimming Society states that outdoor swimming can be enjoyed safely year-round with the right measures. Our financial commitment should similarly reflect a commitment from Virgin Active to maintain our beloved amenities. We insist that Virgin Active reconsider this decision and keeps the pool open for usage all year round. Let them know our voices matter. Please, sign and share this petition.
