The Issue
Our Rockaway residents have to spend nearly 20 hours per week commuting to NYC to their places of employment, recreation activities or necessary appointments. This is an obsene amount of time to spend traveling and it could be remedied with a few changes to the "A" or even perhaps the "C". Also adjusting the shutle would even take 20 minutes of this trek.
