We the undersigned are residents and / or visitors of the Swan Valley, Herne Hill and the surrounding areas.

There is currently no Pharmacy in the Swan Valley region. As there are approximately 5.4 million visitors to the region annually we believe it is in the public interest for the pharmacy to be approved to dispense PBS prescriptions at Unit 1 of Swan Valley Central, located at 660 Great Northern Highway, Herne Hill WA 6056.

We request the Minister exercise his discretion under s90A of the National Health Act 1953 approve this application.
