After a long journey fraught with setbacks and challenges, we are reaching out to seek your support for granting planning permission for our beloved soft play centre. Our dream is to create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and families in the area, but we have faced a number of obstacles along the way that have hindered our progress.

Initially, our first planning application was unsuccessful due to a lack of information and poor communication on both  parties. Learning from these mistakes, we submitted a second application. However, during this critical period, I underwent major surgery due to a serious accident at work that unfortunately led to further miscommunications between myself and the planners. Despite our sincere efforts, these issues led to the issuance of a stop notice, which we are now seeking to overturn.

There is the same usage class building within the area, this underscores the point that our application should be treated with the same viability, yet we face an unfair stop notice without no warning. We believe our soft play centre will be a valuable addition to the community, providing an essential service for families and a boost to the local economy through job creation.

We are asking the planning committee to reconsider our case, and get this stop notice lifted. taking into account the misunderstandings that have occurred, and allow us the opportunity to open our doors to the community as soon as possible.
