We, the undersigned fans of League of Legends and the LEC, respectfully call on Riot Games and LEC management to grant Los Ratones a permanent spot in the League of Legends European Championship (LEC).

During LEC 2026 Versus, we had the opportunity to watch Los Ratones compete against some of the best teams in the League of Legends scene. Prior to this, they were the most consistently successful ERL team throughout the 2025 season. Now, they have proven that just one year after forming, they are capable of bringing real competition to the LEC.

Furthermore Los Ratones have consistently demonstrated what the LEC stands for:
competitive excellence, strong team identity, and most importantly they have brought the biggest fan engagement in the LEC history.

For the LEC to function, viewers are essential and we strongly believe that the voice of the viewers should be heard — and we choose the Rats.

We urge Riot Games and LEC leadership to recognize the value Los Ratones bring to the League of Legends scene and take the necessary steps to secure them a permanent LEC spot.
