The joy of living at the Amrit Ocean Resort on Singer Island is deeply personal to us, as we love the wellness focus of Amrit Resort, beach life on Singer Island, and want to become permanent residents of Riviera Beach, Florida. We were promised Homestead status from both the Developer and Palm Beach County Property Appraiser.  Our plea is simple: Request help from Glen Spiritis and the City of Riviera Beach to grant us official homestead status. 

This is more than a symbol of residency. Homestead status carries particular legal protections for homeowners in the state of Florida. It can provide significant property tax savings, protect homes from creditors, and ensure that homes are passed on to loved ones (Source: Investopedia).
