In 1998 I was invited to Australia by the Australian Institute of Music  (AIM). In July 1998 I emigrated to Australia from Ukraine together with my wife and daughter. I also brought with us 5 my best piano students who did receive the scholarships of  AIM. In 2004 I was falsely accused of allegations of sexual nature  by 4 of my students, including 3 students out of 5 which I  brought from the Ukraine and who studied with me for 12-14 years and lived in our house  in Australia  for 4 years.In December 2004 I was convicted for 16 years of imprisonment without a single proof.  In 2007 my citizenship was revoked.  In 2010-2011 after successful appeal and 2 re-trials  I was completely acquitted of all allegations in relation to 2 out of 4 complainants.  My task now to appeal against rest (2) of my convictions. The fact that I was twice acquitted in relation to the allegations of the same case proves my assertion of my innocence. The judge of the last  re-trial, who acquitted me was sure that It was in 2004 the collusion against me. The collusion not  perfect enough to cover all allegations. To prove the fact of the collusion could only very experienced barrister. But I have no money (at all!!!) to pay such Lawyer.  At the present time I am  in  the  Villawood detention center (Australia).
