Government should pay for false arresting.

The Issue

Our government should be made aware of false arresting and the cost on its citizens.  When you are arrested and commit no crime the government should have to repay the citizens of that state and all lawyer fees.

There is a big problem with over sealist prosecutors and the use of citizens monies being spent on court cases that either should have been settled or all together dropped.

This leave not only our states being out monies and time but, also to lives being ruined. Stop the monies coming in for over sealist prosecutor's so that we as citizens can use the money to better our communities and offer more help to others where needed.

I want the government to work hard to care for them when Iam gone. We need more people to work together to make a change in the world.
