Duke u bazuar në aktin më të lartë juridik, Kushtetutën e Malit të Zi, neni 6 Të Drejtat Njerëzore dhe Liritë, neni 8 Ndalimi i Diskriminimit, neni 79 Mbrojtja e Identitetit kombëtar, dhe neni 80 që ndalon asimilimin, dhe ligjet ndërkombëtare që garantojnë të drejta të barabarta pa marrë parasysh gjininë, kombësine, fenë apo ngjyrën kërkojmë respektimin e të drejtave tona themelore për arsimim të denjë si shqiptar, popull autokton në Mal të Zi:

1.Nxënësit shqiptar në Mal të Zi kanë shumë pak për të mos thënë, aspak apo të cunguar njësi mësimore nga identiteti kombëtar i shqiptarve,

2.Gjuha amëtare shqipe edhe pse përdorimi i saj është i garantuar me ligj nuk zbatohet në praktik nëpër të gjitha dokumentet shkollore, mbledhjet apo aktivitetet tjera në shkollë

3.Politika dhe centralizimi ka lënë jashte shqiptarët nga procesi, filluar që nga ministria, drejtimi i institucioneve shkollore dhe vendimmarrse,

4.Shkollat, në veçanti paralelet e ndara në zonat rurale ku mësojnë nxënësit shqiptar janë në gjendje shumë të keqe, dhe nuk plotësojnë kushtet për zhvillimin e mësimit,

5.Tekstet shkollore, në veçanti libri i historisë, është diskriminues dhe ofendues, e po ashtu ai i kulturës muzikore,

Theksojmë këto janë vetëm disa prej anomalive që rëndojnë arsimin e nxënësve shqiptar në Mal të Zi, andaj kërkojmë që fëmijët tanë, nxënësit shqiptar të mësojnë si shqiptar ,duke mësuar për historinë ,këngët dhe kulturën kombëtare në tekstet e tyre shkollore, që tekstet shkollore aktuale të zavëndsohen me botimet e Prishtinës deri në hartimin e teksteve të reja shkollore, ku do ishin edhe shqiptarët pjesë e këtij procesi.

Gjuha shqipe të përdoret në të gjitha dokumentet shkollore, që shqiptarët të jenë të përfaqsuar në tërë procesin, duke filluar nga Ministria e arsimit, Enti për tekste shkollore, institucionet arsimore dhe vendimmarrse dhe që në shkollat ku aktualisht janë kushtet ekstreme të bëhën investime duke u mundësuar nxënësve mësim normal.

STOP DISCRIMINATION! We demand to be educated as Albanians

As per the highest judicial law of Montenegro, the Constitution of Montenegro, Article 6 Human Rights and Liberties; (Montenegro shall guarantee and protect rights and liberties. The rights and liberties shall be inviolable.), Article 8 Prohibition of Discrimination; (Direct or indirect discrimination on any grounds shall be prohibited.) Article 79 Protection of Identity; ( section 3. the right to use their own language and alphabet in private, public and official use; section 4. the right to education in their own language and alphabet in public institutions and the right to have included in the curricula the history and culture of the persons belonging to minority nations and other minority national communities; section 6. the right to establish educational, cultural and religious associations, with the material support of the state;) and Article 80 Prohibition of Assimilation; ( Forceful assimilation of the persons belonging to minority nations and other minority national communities shall be prohibited. The state shall protect the persons belonging to minority nations and other minority national communities from all forms of forceful assimilation.) and according to the international laws which guarantee equal rights regardles of gender, nationality, religion or color we demand our respectfull basic human rights for education as Albanians, autochthonous people in Montenegro:

1. The Albanian students in Montenegro have little or no educational units of the Albanian national identity
2. Even tho the use of the Albanian language is guaranteed by the law, it is not fully respected in all school documents, meetings or other school activities
3. Politics and centralization has left the Albanians out of the process, starting from the ministry, running of educational institutions and decision making,
4. Schools, especially the paralels in rural areas, where the Albanian students learn, are in terrible condition and do not meet basic conditions for an educational environment
5. The School books, especially the History Book, is discriminatory and offending, as well as that of Musics.

We emphasize that these are only a few of hurdles that hurt the education of Albanians in Montenegro, therefore WE DEMAND that our children, the Albanian students to be educated as Albanians, by being allowed to learn about the history, songs and national culture according to the Albanian school books. To replace the current school books with the ones from Prishtina, until the new school books are written in Montenegro with the participation of Albanians. The Albanian language must be used in all school documents, and Albanians to be represented entirely in the process, starting from the Ministry of Education, school book division, the edicational institutions and decision making. In the schools, where there are terrible conditions to invest and improve the conditions so the students can learn in decent environment.
